Our director of nursing has over fifteen years of experience in pediatric home health and our founder has worked in home health companies for over a decade. This experience allows us to seamlessly blend our services and integrate them into your home effectively.

At Homecare Continuum, our offices are always open to our patients and their families. We really do love being able to get to know our clients and build relationships with the entire household, which is why we do whatever we can to reduce stress including booking your appointments, arranging and collecting medication refills.

Our agency is different from many others, we are owned by nurses, so we put care first. Our staff are parents too and we will care for your child just as we would our own.
